The TYRA LYNN FOUNDATION was formed by family members affected by Carbon Monoxide Poisoning termed the "Silent Killer." Mask by definition means to cover for protection.  M.A.A.S.K. (Making America Aware of Silent Killer) is a national coalition advocating Carbon Monoxide Alarms to be installed in all dwellings intended for human occupancy. M.A.A.S.K is focused on creating a unified approach to prevention that will drastically reduce accidental deaths.  Carbon Monoxide is the leading cause of accidental deaths due to poisoning in the United States. There are over 100 deaths per month due to this poisoning. It is now time to “Cover for Protection” in an effort to save lives!
